Employment: Contract, 5 months (With a possibility of extension) Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00PM to 10:30PM Pay Rate: USD 17/hr Summary of Responsibilities: The Production Associate will operate and maintain manufacturing equipment and hand tools in a safe, efficient, and quality-driven environment. This role is responsible for supporting the finishing of automotive glass products while following strict safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Candidates must complete all screenings prior to starting and adhere to Kronos Pay Policy for timekeeping. Responsibilities: + Operate and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently + Follow safety policies, quality standards, and 5S/housekeeping guidelines always + Support the finishing process of automotive glass products + Conduct basic inspections to ensure product quality meets standards + Assist in equipment setup, adjustments, and minor troubleshooting as needed + Maintain accurate timekeeping records using the Kronos Pay Policy system + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
