How you'll make an impact

Investment Consulting provides a variety of high-quality services to clients through structured engagements.

These services include:

  • Strategic setting of investment objectives, strategic asset allocation, performance measurement and evaluation, investment monitoring and reporting, custodian selection, transition advice, statements of investment policy and global research services.
  • Primarily focused on running analyses for assigned client accounts or projects.
  • Services client accounts through contributions to the collection, design, and refining of information for reporting, data analysis, and other activities essential to the needs of the client.
  • May also assist with Manager Research and Strategic Research. Supports production of quarterly performance reports, monthly performance reports, and compliance reviews, supporting monthly investment performance calculations and reconciliation, and conducting qualitative and quantitative research; Additional related tasks may include:
    • peer group analysis, transfer/rebalancing examination, and asset allocation and asset/liability studies; Interacts primarily with internal team members; May have some interaction with client contacts but typically focuses more on internal team interactions; Ability to listen and take appropriate actions based on each situation; Will typically be the “doer” with the “do, check, review” process. Identifies, analyzes, and addresses basic and routine account issues. 
  • Work is closely supervised.
  • Works to add technical value to clients which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the function.
  • Work is of limited scope, typically on smaller, projects of little to no complexity, analyses, or task-related activities.

Required:

  • Bachelors degree; 0-1 years of experience required.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
