Job Title: Clinical Assistant (Full-Time) – Ideal for IMGs and Medical School Graduates

Location: Multiple NYC Locations – Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Staten Island

Position Overview: We are currently hiring two Clinical Assistants —a perfect opportunity for International Medical Graduates (IMGs) , recent medical school graduates , or those who have completed a clinical internship or residency . The position combines the responsibilities of a medical assistant with the clinical depth of a pre-residency training role, offering an excellent experience for those seeking IMG-related jobs with strong academic exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a vital member of the clinical team, supporting physicians during patient encounters.
• Manage a daily schedule of 20–25 patient visits across multiple sites, with same-day documentation using Kareo EMR .
• Communicate clearly with patients in English and Spanish , ensuring culturally competent care.
• Travel between multiple NYC locations with consistency and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Medical school graduate or completion of internship/residency (U.S. or international)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent patient communication skills
• Must be able to work efficiently in high-volume settings and maintain timely documentation
• Reliable transportation for daily travel

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time: 20 clinical days/month
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
