Call Center Sales Agent No Experience Necessary This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the mortgage industry. Summit Home Lending will provide on-the-job training, all the mortgage education, and tools to pass the NMLS SAFE exam. This is a career path in the exciting world of financial services. No Experience Necessary Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required Responsibilities:

• Refer to customer scripts when working through difficult situations and refer to a supervisor, if necessary
• Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company
• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
• Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries
• Make outbound calls – Connect with clients & transfer them to Loan Officers.
• Engage & problem-solve – Answer questions and build trust with customers.

• Fast-track to Loan Officer – We’ll cover your NMLS prep, testing & licensing!

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
• Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
• High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
