We are an Established Periodontal Private Practice in CHINO, CA looking for a friendly, personable and enthusiastic FRONT Dental Office Receptionist / Insurance Eligibility Coordinator to add to our stellar team!
We love our patients and are looking for someone that will be AWESOME on the phone and provide the BEST customer service care to each and every one of them. We want that "right person" to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, be challenged with what they do, and make a difference in the lives of our patients. PRIOR Dental Front Office Experience is Essential ; Familiarity with Dentrix software preferred; but not essential ; Bi-Lingual Spanish preferrable
Job Hours and Days : Mon/Tues/Thurs 8;30 - 5;30pm; Fri 8.30 - 3:30pm
Job Duties: Confirming patient appointments; check Insurance Eligibility for PPO/Dentical ; Keep Hygiene schedules optimized; Phone management; Assisting & working alongside Office Manager for day to day practice needs
