For more on Liz and the podcast check the links below: Instagram: Podcast: This role includes: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy to grow audience engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other key platforms. Manage the end-to-end creation of organic social media content—including ideation, scripting, and working with editors to produce compelling short-form videos, reels, and viral clips. Analyze performance data to refine content strategies, improve engagement, and optimize for growth. Oversee the creation of engaging written content (captions, headlines, and social posts) that align with Liz Moody’s brand voice. Stay ahead of social media trends, leveraging platform updates and best practices to drive innovation. Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure high-quality visual content that supports Liz Moody’s brand identity. Engage with the online community, responding to comments and fostering audience relationships. Curate and edit social media clips from podcast episodes, ensuring they are engaging and optimized for each platform. Write engaging podcast titles, midrolls, and intros that capture attention and drive listens. Conduct first-pass content edits on podcast transcripts, ensuring clarity and alignment with the brand voice. Oversee quality control of video podcast edits before publication. Research and suggest high-impact podcast guests aligned with audience interests. Publish podcast episodes on Spotify, Megaphone, and YouTube, including metadata management and midroll placement. Qualifications Proven experience in social media content creation, strategy, and audience growth—preferably for personal brands, media, or wellness-focused content. Strong storytelling and writing skills with an eye for viral, engaging content. Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices. Data-driven mindset—you analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy for optimization. Experience in short-form video content creation and editing (or managing editors). Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. Passionate about health, wellness, and self-development, aligning with Liz Moody’s brand ethos. A proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in podcast production, YouTube growth strategies, or newsletter monetization.
