What You'll Do as a Brand Ambassador •Build quality relationships in the community while representing the Crunch brand.
•Generate leads through conversations and community engagement.
•Execute key pre-sale marketing actions like handing out flyers and managing social media presence.
•Support the management team at pre-sale events such as site activations, BBQs, one-day sales, and our grand opening party.
•Act with integrity-only collecting quality leads from genuinely interested potential members.
Who We're Looking For - Outgoing and energetic personality-you love talking to people!
- Organized and detail-oriented-you get things done efficiently.
- Service-minded & team-oriented-you thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Professional and self-motivated-you take initiative and lead by example.
- Effective communicator-both in person and online.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required.
- Willing to work outdoors, on your feet for extended periods when needed.
- Must have valid drivers license and dependable transportation
