As a full time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Health System Director of Pharmacy at Great Falls Clinic Hospital, you will oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling, and supervising activities, according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws at both locations. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs with assistance from a full support team. You will assist with the security of the pharmacies and controlled substances, assist in recruitment and hiring of pharmacy staff, ensure all legal, accreditation, and certification requirements are being met, ensure provision of optimal services, and enhance financial performance.
Schedule: This position works at least 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday, however, hours may vary, and can be long and irregular to include evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Starting Pay: $150K-$170K (based on related work experience) + Bonus eligibility

Today, the Great Falls Clinic Hospital is a licensed 46-bed hospital that provides diverse specialty medical clinics, urgent care clinics, primary care, cancer center, and highly specialized surgical services. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: The pharmacy is open 24/7 and the centralized pharmacy utilizes TouchPoint and Meditech.
