We are a well-established estate law firm located in the Denver Tech Center, dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized legal services in estate planning, probate, and elder law. Our team is committed to professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional client care. We are currently seeking a reliable and personable Part-Time Receptionist to join our front office team.

Position Overview:

As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, friendly, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others.

Responsibilities:

· Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism

· Answer and direct incoming phone calls

· Schedule and confirm appointments

· Manage mail, deliveries, and office supplies

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area

· Assist with basic administrative tasks and client intake forms

· Handle confidential information with discretion

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Professional appearance and demeanor

· Experience in a law office or with legal terminology is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

· Approximately 20 hours per week, Tuesday – Friday (9am – 3pm) or (10am-4pm)

Compensation:

· Competitive hourly rate based on experience

· Opportunity for growth and additional hours as needed
