Job Details

• Improve and implement manufacturing methods that enhance efficiency and precision
• Validate processes through hands-on evaluations with shop floor teams
• Support new product introduction (NPI), quality audits, ECNs, and FAI documentation
• Drive the resolution of nonconformance reports and ensure that corrective actions are effective
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to improve FTY and throughput
• Train and support peers on system functions and best practices
• Ensure compliance with customer specs, contracts, and aerospace quality standards

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field
• 2+ years’ experience in aerospace or manufacturing engineering
• Working knowledge of CAD/CAM, CNC/CMM, and shop floor processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with plasma coating, laser drilling, FMEA, and inspection methods
• Clear communicator, problem solver, and continuous improvement mindset
