Job Title: Order Puller / Warehouse Associate

Schedule:Monday -Friday 8:30am -5:30pm
Pay Rate:$16.50
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Puller / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately pulling and staging customer and branch replenishment orders, assisting with packaging, and ensuring proper inventory control. The ideal candidate has warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
Accurately pull orders for customer-generated pick tickets and branch replenishment orders.
Deliver pulled orders to the appropriate staging or packaging areas.
Assist or notify order takers in correcting data entry errors.
Report product quantity discrepancies and low stock backorders (BO’s).
Assist with packaging of freight orders as needed.
Consolidate open boxes and product locations when possible.
Follow FIFO (First In/First Out) inventory system.
Ensure all boxes/bags are properly labeled with part numbers before staging.
Load/unload materials from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand.
Follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Ability to operate basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks).
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and prevent injuries.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical ability to lift, move, and carry products as required.
