We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 10+ years of experience in .NET, SQL, and React, including 3 5 years of on-site client-facing work. The role requires strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications, along with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Must Have: .NET, SQL, React, bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
Good to Have: AWS, COBOL, Technical Leadership
Must-Have Skills & Experience
10+ years of relevant industry experience in application development using .NET, SQL, and React.
Proven client-facing/on-site experience (3 5 years minimum) in similar technology and domain.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), design patterns, and best practices.
Hands-on expertise in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable applications.
Strong database design and performance optimization skills with SQL.
Solid experience building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop and maintain applications using .NET, SQL, and React frameworks.
Ensure best practices in coding, performance tuning, and security.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
Support existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Lead or mentor junior developers and contribute to team capability building.
