Project Management Lead
Location: On-site in Scottsdale, AZ
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 annually

What You'll Do
Lead & Mentor: Provide training and support to the project management team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel.
Optimize Processes: Establish efficient task management systems to boost productivity and accountability.
Drive Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align project goals with company objectives.
Manage Workflows: Assign tasks, oversee progress, and ensure projects stay on track.
Report & Communicate: Prepare regular status updates to keep stakeholders informed on project milestones, risks, and successes.
Champion Best Practices: Identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Project management experience required.
PMP certification is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software.
