We are hiring for a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to join our team in 2026. Excellent team to work with in one of the most beautiful areas of the country.

Local Team Collaboration

  • Providence Medford Medical Center is a full-service community hospital, a level III trauma center, and a primary stroke center offering a full range of subspecialty support. Services offered include emergency services, stroke care, cardiac and vascular care, birth center, total joint replacement and spine health programs, robotic surgery, and one of the most comprehensive rehabilitation programs in the region.
  • We have a 15-bed med/surg ICU with 1 Intensivist in-house 7 am-7 pm & 1 APP in-house 7 pm-7 am plus teleICU support
  • EMR: EPIC

Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible pulmonary/critical care physicians (MD or DO).
  • A commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting.

Practice in the Heart of the Community

Scheduling

  • Block schedule. We collaborate to manage the schedule as equitably as possible, ensuring intensivists achieve an outstanding work/family life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide care to critically ill patients and perform ICU procedures.
  • Roughly 11 ICU shifts per month with 4-5 days of pulmonary per month.
  • Ability to perform bronchoscopies and PFTs.
