This role is more than just selling wine — it’s about building lasting relationships, telling our story, and sharing our wines with pride.

What You’ll Do

•  Grow Distribution - Secure new points of distribution across Oregon, our home and priority market.
•  Expand Existing Accounts - Strengthen and build on current placements with creativity and consistency.
•  Engage the Trade - Host wine dinners, tastings, demos, and participate in trade shows to deepen connections.
•  Drive Wine List Presence - Work with restaurants and retailers to feature Del Rio, Rock Point, and Jolee wines both by the glass and by the bottle.
•  Travel & Opportunity - While Oregon is the focus, there may be opportunities to support growth in surrounding states.

What We’re Looking For

•  A people-first mindset with strong communication skills.
•  Passion for wine and the ability to tell our story authentically.
•  Sales experience in wine, beverage, or related industries preferred.
•  Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently while thriving in a team culture.
•  Willingness to travel within Oregon, with occasional out-of-state travel.
