Overview:
Senior Systems Integrators play a critical leadership role in supporting government efforts to ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the NSG/ASG systems-of-systems enterprise. This position involves overseeing the planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and maintenance of comprehensive solutions across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments. Work is conducted using established processes, tools, and best practices to ensure mission success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support systems integration initiatives across the NSG, ASG, and partnering federal agencies to ensure the delivery of timely and accurate GEOINT capabilities.
Provide enterprise-level oversight and maintain a holistic understanding of system architecture, including interdependencies, requirements, and technical relationships across infrastructure, cloud, hybrid services, and security domains.
Oversee the development of engineering plans and technical design packages for site installations, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and security standards.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to Mid- and Junior-level Systems Integrators, supporting professional development and project success.

Skills and Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field; or related equivalent additional experience of 4 years with no degree or 2 years with a non-STEM degree.
12+ years of experience within government or industry, specifically working with large, complex System of Systems (SoS) or Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) environments deployed across cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructures.
Hands-on experience supporting NGA/NRO joint integration efforts.
Practical knowledge of NGA IPO infrastructure.
Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI eligibility and successfully complete a polygraph examination.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM discipline.
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles, methodologies, tools, and modeling languages.
Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
