Senior UX Designer Sunnyvale, CA - Onsite W2 Only Mastery of End-to-End UX Process: Expert in navigating the entire UX lifecycle, from initial discovery through ideation, prototyping, and final implementation. Complex Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to distill highly ambiguous and intricate problems into actionable design challenges, consistently delivering elegant and innovative solutions. Information Architecture & Interaction Design: Deep expertise in crafting intuitive and efficient information architectures and complex interaction patterns. Accessibility & Inclusive Design: Expert-level understanding and application of accessibility standards and best practices, ensuring truly inclusive design for all users. Sketch Proficiency & Prototyping: Demonstrated mastery of Sketch for UI design, wireframing, and prototyping, including advanced features, efficient workflows, and effective utilization of necessary tools and plugins for testing and validating concepts. Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of the technical feasibility and constraints of design solutions across diverse platforms and technologies. Strategic Collaboration & Communication: Exemplary skills in collaborating with product management, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment, combined with superior communication skills to clearly articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.
