Starting rate: $22.50/hr Shift start and end times depend on the volume, so start and finish times are subject to change. The Patterson, CA Distribution Center is a Union facility, so shifts are based on seniority. The Case Picker will work in the full case picking area and load case onto the belt in the picking module. **Required Qualifications** + Must be at least 18 years of age + Able to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally as a team lift + Able to work overtime + Able to work in a broad range of temperatures + Ability to read, write, and count accurately + Good written and verbal communication skills.
