This role requires onsite work in St. Louis, Missouri

Our enterprise client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support large business clients across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that project requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and executed for Salesforce integrations. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in Agile/Scrum environments, and the ability to manage competing priorities across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units
• Write, define, and elicit user stories and requirements
• Ensure user stories meet INVEST or other best practice standards
• Conduct impact analysis on systems, users, and dependencies
• Coordinate communication across all strands of a project
• Independently research topics using available tools
• Provide and accept constructive feedback throughout project lifecycles
• Support integration efforts and understand Salesforce data structures

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other Office tools
• Experience with Salesforce and system integration
• Strong organizational and analytical skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)
• Jira project management experience
• Experience with MS Visio or Lucidchart for process flows
• Familiarity with ICOMS and CSG integration

• Degree is Business Administration, Computer Science or similar is ideal.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
